LP – Black Vinyl.

The debut studio album released by Decca Records in the UK on 17 April 1964 produced by then-managers Andrew Loog Oldham and Eric Easton. The sleevenotes proudly proclaim The Rolling Stones are more than just a group they are a way of life and the album would be number 1 in the UK for a total of 12 weeks. The American edition of the LP, with a slightly different track list was called Englands Newest Hit Makers. Reflecting the bands love for R&B, there is only one track credited to Jagger and Richards Tell Me (Youre Coming Back). Other tracks include Route 66, Carol, and Can I Get A Witness.
