Hosono‘s 1975 album Tropical Dandy is the first edition of this record to be releasedoutside of Japan.

Tropical Dandy is the cult classic album thatmarked Hosonos shift toward genre-blending,fusing exotica, jazz, and pop to lay thegroundwork for Japanese City Pop.
