The debut album from Cloud Chamber – Caroline Dale (cello) and Gavin Greenaway (piano) – ‘Skylines’ blends expressive classical musicianship with contemporary, cinematic storytelling. Across a series of intimate, instrumental ‘stories without words’, the album moves through evocative landscapes of rolling hills, ancient echoes and quiet reflection. Stripped back to piano and cello, the music is melodic, atmospheric and deeply immersive – modern classical that feels both timeless and immediate. Peaceful yet emotionally rich, ‘Skylines’ is a beautifully crafted journey of mood, texture and tone.
