2LP – Double Heavyweight Vinyl Housed in Gatefold Sleeve.

Bioscope is the highly anticipated collaborative project from Steve Rothery (Marillion) and electronic visionary Thorsten Quaeschning (Tangerine Dream).

Gent is named after the Japanese term for magic lantern and each of the five instrumental tracks takes its inspiration from man’s endearing fascination with the moving image. The pieces weave together Rotherys emotive, melodic guitar work and Quaeschnings expansive soundscapes and feature an amazing performance by Elbows drummer Alex Reeves. Soaring guitar solos meet hypnotic Berlin School sequencer-driven passages.

Double Heavyweight Vinyl Housed in Gatefold Sleeve. (Also available separately as a CD/Blu-Ray in digipak including the full album in High-Res, Dolby Atmos as well as 5.1.)
