Explore the cosmic soundscapes of “In Search of Ancient Gods” – the 1976 instrumental concept album by Absolute Elsewhere. Inspired by Erich von Dniken’s theories on extraterrestrial influence on early civilizations, the album merges progressive rock, ambient textures, and spacey synthesizers into a mesmerizing sonic journey. With contributions from legendary drummer Bill Bruford (Yes, King Crimson), this album blends technical precision with a sense of otherworldly wonder. Perfect for fans of atmospheric prog and instrumental storytelling.
