Long before Nashville polished country music into something safe, Cash was cutting raw, freight-train records at Sun Studios alongside Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins, part of a moment that rewired American music forever. This 2017 Org Music pressing brings that era back to wax with the care it deserves, the kind of release that rewards anyone who wants to hear where the Man in Black’s legend was first forged.

Greatest! Is the fourth album by American singer-songwriter Johnny Cash, released on the legendary Sun Records in 1959. The tracks on the album were recorded between July 1955 and July 1958. Six out of the twelve songs became singles, with “Get Rhythm” topping the Country charts and becoming the most successful one.
